WorkflowWorkflow

Workflow, at its simplest, is the movement of documents and/or tasks through a business process. Flux Workflow is represented in the diagram below, depicting an example scenario for the processing of files and tasks:

Even a simple Workflow process, if performed manually, would be prone to errors and be highly time-consuming. The automation of workflow such as client interaction, status inquiry, and follow-up creates a tremendous overall cost savings while delivering improved processes. Additionally, faster processing and visibility to select back-office functions ultimately offers better customer service. The Flux Workflow component delivers a flexible tool that allows any organization the ability to optimize and automate operations with full back-office integration.

Customers count on Flux Workflow to model and run sophisticated workflows on a daily basis.

  • In check processing, Flux can handle pick up the check image, process it, and archive it.
  •
  • Insurance claim needs to be tracked from end to end. Flux can track from the receipt of the claim, to the different processing steps, enforcing time sensitive deadlines as the workflow progresses.
  •
  • In the transportation industry, tests need to be administered and certifications need to be kept up to date. Flux can processes their test scores and based on the score send additional tests or remind users when their next certification deadline is.
